Dryer Vents

Is your dryer not getting your clothes dry anymore? Don't call an appliance repairman just yet!

Did you know that just one eighth of an inch of lint on the walls of your dryer vent reduces the area of a standard 4" round vent by 15%? That reduces the effectiveness of your dryer vents ability to remove lint from your houses as well as the vent gasses if your dryer uses natural gas for heat.

The National Fire Prevention Agency (NFPA) recommends cleaning your dryer vent annually. If your dryer vent runs vertically, has more than one turn in its run or is longer than 20ft, most of the lint your dryer is exhausting will collect in that vent creating a fire hazard and potential carbon monoxide risk.

A clean dryer vent improves the safety and efficiency of your dryer and saves you time and money.

Dryer Vent Inspections & Cleaning Procedure

Professional assessment

A visual inspection of the vent termination is performed to determine if a cleaning is required and if the vent is exposed, the construction of your vent will be examined to determine safety and code compliance.

Thorough Cleaning

We use the least invasive vent cleaning system to clean your vent. Due to unknown construction methods used at the time your vent was built, we cannot be held responsible for any separations in the vent.

Guaranteed satisfaction

Once cleaning is complete, we will test airflow and discuss the condition of your venting system with you.
